I'm rating this "Fair only" because although the binding is tight with uncreased spine, and there are no mar…ks to the text, ***there is a 4" tear in the back cover, repaired with tape.*** The covers are worn and creased. The page-corners have some wear as well, and there are remains of an adhesion inside the back cover. Mild toning of pages and covers. Not a beautiful book, but functional.
