Hospital opened in 1919 - version one. Locals will know that the Cross-owned Ogden Hotel served as a military hospital prior to the Belcher's opening. Hi…storical notes are mixed in between the recipes for Arroz Con Pollo, Creamy Crab Dip, Dream Bars, Frosted Cauliflower and Impossible Cheeseburger Pie. Volume is 155 pages long w/ BLANK pages at the back for NOTES. Kendall's sepia coloured drawings serve as decoration. Cond : Stiff card wrapper is chocolate brown with white or rusty lettering. Plastic coil is brown. MINOR edge chips, coil sound, colours bright, UNsoiled. Pages are pale yellow. Cover cameo graphic - artist's conception of the 4'th St. Belcher. No names nor marks.
