He was also an active participant in the "Prosvita" (Enlightenment) Society and founded his own publishing house. Most of his works were centered on the history and lives of Zaporozhians, including the current one, which described the negatives of the post-break-up of the Zaporozhian Host. This edition was published in a DP (displaced persons) camp in the American Occulational Zone in Germany. …
