Hardcover. Condition: Poor. The cover has maroon cloth. 276 pages; b/w photos. The endpapers have an illustration of an arch, by J. Porter. The spine strip is mostly faded, in a mottled fashion, from dampness or insects. The front board is less thus, and the back board is a little thus. The back hinge is broken, but is rejoined with cloth, hinge tape. A gift inscription is on the top end of the title page. Holes made by insects are along the edges of the back endpaper.
