Soft cover. Condition: Good. Paperback that has been detached from binding with similar works, hence original spine and rear wrap are missing; they have been replaced, however, with new, gray-paper rear wrap and spine with a paper spine label. Book is Good with aforementioned repairs, cocked spine, and strip of discoloration on front wrap. Book is ex-library but has no library markings. Book contains four articles: "Propaganda and Persuasion in Imperial and Contemporary China," by Arthur F. Wright; "Chinese Greatness in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Centuries: The K'ang-Hsi Emperor and Mao," by Jonathan Spence; "A Millennium of Chinese Urban History: Form, Time, and Space Concepts in Soochow," by F.W. Mote; and "Chinese Landscape Painting and Its Real Content," by Max Loehr.
