Condition is Good+/VG-: completely clean inside, pages creamy…white & unmarked. Binding intact with no breakage. Tabs in between recipe sections show heavy wear around edges, but all are present. Front cover has a diagonal unclosed tear ascending from bottom edge along comb, , heavy horizontal crease across lower back cover, rubbing/discoloration/tiny chips around all edges.
