Front wrapper stamped three times with "Vault Copy," and every page stamped "Permanent Script File." Several annotations throughout in manuscript pencil and ink. Missing 13 pages, likely as used or issued. Brilliant pianist Larry Adams' (Richard Derr) frustrated ambitions leads him to suicide, leaving behind a new wife Lee Addams (Claudette Colbert) and his two young children Penny and Chase (June Allyson and Robert Sterling) from his previous marriage. Blue titled wrappers, noted as Sections of script on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped production No. 5157, dated 5-11-45, with credits for screenwriter Whitfield Cook.
