During the 1930's and 1940's Dorothy L. Sayers had a long and continuing correspondence with C. W. Scott-Giles, Pursuivant of Arms Extraordinary, a man extremely knowledgeable in Heraldry. Together they explored the History of the Wimsey Family taking it back as far as the Norman Conquest. Contains 88 pp with 9 monochrome illustrations throughout including a "Cat & Mouse" Garter stall plate. Fine condition book in Fine condition dust wrapper, price clipped.
