Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Second printing. Preface by Maugham. Octavo. 200pp. Illustrated with three black and white plates. Binding slightly cocked with a couple of gentle bumps, close to near fine in a tanned, good or better dust jacket with some shallow edge loss, a small faint stain near the spine, and a couple of short tears, one with interior tape residue from an old repair. Prints pieces by Klaus W. Jonas, Frank Swinnerton, M.C. Kuner, St. John Ervine, and Glenway Wescott.
