Dustjacket starting to lightly age yellow, scuffed and rubbed, 1/4x1 inch chip off top edge of spine portion, 1 ¼ inch tear at lower edge of fold of front flap, three other 1 ½ inch tears (tape repaired from reverse side) , several lesser tears and chips, price present. Book itself has tanning in gutters of endpapers, previous owner's signature on title page, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked and apparently never read. The Illinois Traction was the largest Midwest electric line and ran through central Illinois.
