Light paper lifting at the lower edge, front and back where it looks like tape wrapped the spine to keep a tag on. Endpapers have some names and church stamp, light toning throughout. Frontispiece photo page is slightly loose. Basically a decent book with a few flaws.

The Rev. John Wesley Conley (1852-1925) served as the chairman of the board of directors for the BYPUA between 1900-1902 and 1907-1910. He was the author of several books and served at the pastor of First Baptist Church of Omaha through the first decade of the twentieth century.
