The novel concerns time travel and links the world Eos at the beginning of the universe with the 1906 San Francisco earthquake.

First edition of this very scarce installment of the 4th issue after the pulp was established by Western Publishing in 1938, and would also spawn Marvel Comics in 1939, which was notorious for its mildly erotic approach over only five total issues. This issue featured Bell's full length "Tomorrow" against the backdrop of a hydrogen-helium plague.
