Condition: Good. First English edition, limited to 250 copies (this is copy number 2). 4to (32cm by 25cm), 45pp. 74 plates (some in colour). Original two-tone cloth binding (blue spine, green boards), gilt titling to the spine, top edge gilt. There is some rubbing and marking of the binding, and some foxing of the preliminary pages; overall, this book is in good condition.
