I had to depend on people along the way. I first want to thank my brother, James Diresh, who worked closely with me on this book. It was fitting that we co-authored this book, as my father's instructions were the same for both of us. James listened patiently (most of the time) as I named, shaped, and scaled my vision for this book. James accused me of micromanaging sometimes. That is probably true, as I got anxious to complete what we had started. I started well for most of my life and did not always have the stamina or focus to finish. That being said, we finished this book! Numerous others also helped me: My friend, Dwight Robinson, came alongside me a year ago and breathed energy into the process. Even though he had never played cricket, he encouraged me to finish what I had started. Randy Elliott, a friend's friend whom I had never met in person, was an encouragement to me. His publishing experience and willingness to share aided and guided our project.
