Add to basketSoft cover. Condition: Very Good. You can see the covers in the photos. They are in very nice condition, only light wear, a couple of thin vertical creases on the spine, a few nicks, a tiny spot off the top edge of the rear cover, some light amber spotting coming up from the bottom edge of the rear cover adjacent to the spine. The top page edge also has some amber freckling. The book is square and the spine looks straight. The binding is very solid from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. The interior of the book is in excellent condition. Scrolling through, I'm not finding any instances of soiling or spotting. I'm not finding any creasing. The light crinkle off the top edge of the front cover can be seen off the top edge of the first few pages, very light. There are no markings in the book. There is one attachment, an address label off the top edge of the front end paper which is also the verso of the frontispiece which is a map showing 'The Trek Northward: Movement of the Negro population in N.Y.C.'. The front end paper has a quote off its bottom edge from Langston Hughes: 'Well, son, I'll tell you: Life for me ain't been no crystal stair.'.…
