The Dark Tower series is not tethered to any specific genre, instead fusing together a complex meta-textual universe of dark fantasy, western, sci-fi, and horror. Equally inspired by Sergio Leone's Spaghetti Westerns, King modeled his anti-hero, Roland Deschain, on Clint Eastwood's character in Man with No Name, and incorporated slow-burn, sparse dialogue from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Signed Limited Edition; Publisher's Copies.
