Burgundy cardwraps with gilt title and vignettes to front cover, small gilt vignette to rear cover. B/w illustrations throughout. SIGNED by the author to colophon page and also to dedication page (this copy dedicated to Una(?)). This is copy no. 9. Covers are edge worn with slight fading and a couple of small tears. Staples are rusty (the lower one has partially broken away on the outside of the book). Minimal foxing to textblock. Contents clean. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched! Softcover. Condition: Very Good+. Book (illustrator). Limited First Edition, illustrated by the author with block prints. This is copy No. 80, signed on the copyright page by the author. Bound in blue wrappers, unlettered spine, deckle edges at fore and bottom, the tops trimmed, a nicely designed volume from a Newburgh, NY printer. The wrappers are a little rumpled at the edges; three very small tears to the wraps at the top edge, some wear and bumping to the bottom edges.
