No. 34 of 50 copies of this large paper limited edition printed for subscribers, in the publisher's original cloth binding. Inscribed to the verso of the half title page by the publisher, stating that this is no. 34 of the 50 limited edition copies for subscribers only. A scarce collection of merry songs and witty verses by "lovers of wit", introduced and edited by Joseph Woodfall Ebsworth, a clergyman, poet and artist. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally fairly smart, with faint marks to the boards, shelf wear to the extremities and fading to the spine. Spine label is chipped and worn, obscuring the lettering. Internally, firmly bound.
