The venue and date are written by hand in blank space provided and read: Middletown Hill, Saturday Dec. 27 1873. The credits include: J.H. Breenan, A.D. Mohr, J.H. Eversole, A.D. Matthews, J. Caven, M.M. Mohr, and C. Howard. The last line, in the smallest typeface, reads: Bear in mind that there will be nothing said or done, to shock the feelings of the most fastidious. FAIR. Shows some small chips around the edges, creased from folding with some creases now closed tears, a small area of discoloration, otherwise the text is distinct and presents well under removable archival mylar.
