Softcover. Condition: Good. Second edition from 1905, originally published in 1904. Green illustrated wrappers with black lettering on cover. Minor creasing and wear to edges; moderate toning; some scuffing and scratching; mild soiling; mark of removed sticker on cover. Staples are a bit rusted, but binding is still tight. Interior is clean. Unpaginated. Includes black-and-white photos throughout. This promotional viewbook showcases the beautiful scenery of California's Santa Catalina Island. The introduction by Iza Williams details the various tourist activities on offer such as glass-bottom boat tours, fishing, and goat hunting. ; B&W Photographs; Oblong 8vo 8" to 9" tall.

Promotional text is extravagant in praise of fishing and goat hunting possibilities. Rocq 4854. Some light old staining and with a little erosion at the upper corner, else very good. Original four-color decorated green wrappers (faded) featuring a yellowtail swimming in sea grass, stapled. (#6149).
