1st edition. 24 pp. Illustrated. 8vo. OCLC locates 7 cc [none west of the Mississippi]. General wear & soiling to wrappers. Small hole in title leaf, slightly affecting printing, but that which is inconsequential. Bookplate of the maritime equipment firm, Samuel Thaxter of Boston. Withal, a solid VG copy of an unusual publication. Printed buff paper wrappers, with wrapper title as: "Abridgement of the Nautical Almanac for 1877, Containing a Full Description of the Nautrigon; an Instrument for Solving Problems in Navigation." Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve.
