Indexed. x, 365 pp. Dust jacket is illustrated with off-white and olive green lettering against an aqua and olive green background. Book is solid with gently toned pages. Unmarked except for previous owner's name on the front flyleaf. Dust jacket is moderately worn predominantly around the edges with some discoloration and flaps have been glued to the pastedowns.
