Paperback. Condition: Fine. Andy Ross (illustrator). [i-xii], 293pp. 8vo. (5.25" x 8" x .75"). Softcover book has illustrated wraps (Andy Ross) and a complete number line. Otto Penzler, creator of American Mystery Classics, has signed his name on the title page, and has written the Introduction as well. Book was originally published in 1933 and was the seventh Ellery Queen novel. Book is straight, clean, bright, unmarked, unclipped, and gift quality. Some of the writers included are Laura Lippman, Joseph Finder, J. A. Vance, T. Jefferson Parker, Sara Paretsky.

Pages are toned, with some light water marks along the edges of a few pages -- no extensive water damage, though. A few pages with dog-eared corners.
