Publisher's copy of the numbered issue, limited to 350 numbered books and a small group of unnumbered PC (publisher's) copies. Paul Suntup gave this particular PC copy to Michael Russem in acknowledgement of his work as the book's designer. With six full-page color illustrations by Narvaez and two publisher's bookmarks laid in. 227, [5] pp. Bound in duo-tone cloth over goatskin lettered in gilt with the slipcase covered in woven cloth and a paper label wrapping the spine and sides. Fine in a Fine publisher's slipcase. A striking fine press edition of the enduring novel with frontispiece by painter Edith Vonnegut, Kurt's daughter.
