Black print on front cover board is clear; gilt print on spine is also. Green cloth is well preserved. Exterior is highly presentable. Interior has prior owners name on fep, and many pages have lightly penciled notes adjoining text. Binding is very tight and secure. For it's age this little book is in remarkable condition.

Once listed, I believe this will be the Only dust jacketed first edition for sale anywhere on the Internet. As you can see from the photos, the covers are quite beautiful. They're also very clean and have very little wear, slight rubbing at a corner or two. The gilt lettering on the spine is bright. The book is solidly bound from cover to cover. The inside covers and end papers have darkening at their margins. That is not the case with any other page. The pages are in very good condition. There is a tiny indent or crease off the top edge of the half-title and title page, quite minor. I'm Not seeing any creases or semi-creases anywhere else. The pages are very clean throughout. I didn't see any soiling at all. There are no markings anywhere in the book. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere. You can see the dust jacket in the first few photos. The second one will show you a small loss off the bottom edge of the spine, removing a few of the letters in the publisher's name. There isn't much wear other than that, just a a few tiny losses off the top edge of the spine. I've provided three photos so you can judge for yourself. The flaps are in nice condition. There is a small stamped date off the top edge of the front flap (July 12 1956). The jacket is NOT price-clipped, not clipped at all. It will be fitted with a protective cover after the photos are scanned.

Some light shelfwear to the covers, good joints/hinges, sound text block with no loosened pages, pages very clean with some occasional light foxing, no names or other markings. . Hard Cover. Very Good. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.

1965, limited edition. (hardcover) Very good, no dust jacket. xxvi, 56+. 4to. 500 copies were printed, of which this copy is number 253. Brown-orange boards, with gilt titles to front and spine. Tiny stains to front board; internally is well-bound, clean and bright. Errata pasted in.

Spiral Bound. Condition: g. First edition. Original spiral bound decorative wrappers with title label pasted on front cover. This remarkable work contains twenty-seven b/w original motifs based on the Jewish alphabet (Aleph Bet), painted by the famous artist Alexander (Sandor) Raymond Katz. Some rubbing, minor creasing, sunning and tiny chipping along edges of wrappers. Wrappers in overall fair to good, interior in good+ to very good condition.
