      Hardcover. Condition: Good. No. 29 of limited edition of 300, printed on hand-made paper. Binding is a little weak, with split just starting in middle. Pages unmarked but first (typed) section barely aged, but handwritten section much darker. Pages are not cut. Paper-covered boards with white cloth at spine -- paper is faded for top quarter of front (and a little on back) , and spine a little soiled and wrinkled. No dustjacket.
