Green linen boards, over 1/2 vellum with gilt lettering to spines. Top edge gilt. Books near fine, slipcase a bit rubbed and one corner frayed; else good+. Tipped-in leaf precedes title page, bearing Certificate of Issue of the Bibliophile Society advising that this edition is limited to 455 copies, 'Printed for Members Only'. The accompanying slipcase is in two parts. See BAL 10209, 10210.

Green cloth with vellum-like spine, gilt top, other edges uncut. Little wear but with some foxing to the spine strip, good hinges, sound text block, very clean pages. Armorial bookplate of Samuel E. Winslow, Stonewall Farm, Leicester, on front pastedown, no other markings. . Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
