Second printing. Hardcover. Oblong quarto. Spine tips a little rubbed, o/w very good in pictorial boards. An old Scottish rhyming story, illustrated in colour by Ness.

Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Yellow cloth. Book has a tiny bump and a small smudge at top of front cover, faint wear (if you look closely) at top/bottom of spine. book is otherwise looking nearly as new, very clean and sharp, with bright bright yellow cloth, tight binding, crisp pages. Price-clipped dust jacket has toning to spine and flap folds, half inch chip at bottom of spine, smaller chip at head of spine and at top of front. rest of jacket is clean and bright, now protected in an archival cover.
