Thwaites); author's note; 12 chaps; index. Notes passim. Condition notes: A very good plus collectible original printing. Binding sound with a slight lean; tanning/light soiling to cream paper; spine ends rolled and corners bumped; spine gilt lettering retains brightness; edges lightly soiled. Former owner's summary of trip to Wisconsin in January 1960 to top half ffep in blue pen, neatly, with charm; occasional stray pencil note to pp, else unmarked.
