This is the De Luxe Edition, #157 of 387 numbered copies, this one for Kenneth R. Kingsbury, at one time President of the Standard Oil Company of California. It contains the full compliment of 59 signatures by those connected with these volumes. An obviously desirable book for those collecting Western Americana.
