A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Housed in the fine, structurally sound slipcase. Issued in a limited edition of 110 copies (of which 101 to 110 were not for sale), this example is numbered 62 and signed by the illustrator Errol Le Cain, calligrapher David A.
