    Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 2nd Edition. Ex lib with usual markings. Navy blue cloth covers exhibit heavy wear, fraying and bumping to corners, spine ends and hinges. Back cover hinge has a very large tear and is pulled away from the spine. Gold lettering on spine and front cover is bright. Moderate wear on edges. Moderate shelf wear and soiling on covers and spine. Inside hinges are cracked but still attached. Page ends and inside front and back covers are yellowed due to age. Text and the multiple fold-outs are clean and unmarked. Chapters on longitudinal strength, transverse strength, torsional strength frames, outside plating and so much more.
