Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 8vo, printed wrappers, 36pp. An altogether personal memoir of the author's view of the public works as seen from the vantage of New York State, and of the men who engineered these public works. It is also, in passing, a dispassionate and critical view of what he deemed praiseworthy and what he saw as altogether sub-standard. Nearly a Very Good copy.
