A name and early price (in pencil) appear on the flyleaf. The binding is tight except between the last page and the back cover; half the length is torn. The pages themselves are clean and unmarked, completely readable. 509 pages plus index. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box. Tracking number provided for no extra cost.
