Six engraved plates with double images. iv,228pp. Toning and edge-wear to original boards; top-edge soiled, edges and endpapers toned. Old owner's name and later Foyle's shop label to front endpapers. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Very neat -- a sound and handsome copy of this rare early issue bearing to publication date of 1825 on the title-page.
