This is one of the few continental works devoted to Britain and contains a general map and 31 town plans, all but one derived from John Speed. Fordham 'Town Plans of the British Isles', in 'Map Collectors' Circle' no. 22 p. 9.

Der vorliegende Band enthält den fast identischen Kupfertitel, jedoch mit anderer Verlagsangabe in der Kartusche unten mit dem Druckjahr 1670 in römischen Ziffern. Vermutlich gehören noch weitere Bände zu dem Werk, die vorne im Index aufgeführten Abbildungen verweisen alle auf höhere Seitenzahlen, in diesem Band befinden sich keine Abbildungen. - Karten etwas unschön gefaltet.
