BINDING/CONDITION: turquoise cloth with 'ml' and a ruled border blind stamped on the front cover; silver spine text; owner's name and date, and red circled 'H' on the front endpaper, otherwise a Very Good book, with a Fair dust jacket; the jacket is price clipped. Rockwell Kent endpapers. 12mo (7.25 inches tall). 425 pages.

About 3 percent of the pages of the text contains underlining and brief marginalia in pencil. The rest of the text is clean and unmarked. The paper has darkened somewhat from age. The cover is in excellent condition. The gold lettering on the spine is bright. The jacket has been scuffed and has tiny tears around the edges and in the folds. There are larger but still small tears at the top of the front and back and at the top of the spine (see photo). The price has been clipped off the front flap.
