Lawrence Estate" on the colophon Fine copy This complete correspondence charts the unexpected relationship between the miner's son and the Boston lady of largesse. Lawrence dedicated his New Poems to Lowell and…was accused by Pound of being an 'Amygist.' Though Lawrence resented the power her patronage gave her over him, the two writers continued an honest and insightful correspondence until Lowell's death.
