Add to basketOriginal Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. Undated first edition from the mid 1950s. The boards have some light surface discolouration and a few small white marks to the bottom edge of the rear panel. The page edges are a little browned with some light spotting and there are small tears to…the top edges at the back of the book. Browning to the endpapers. The pages are a little browned but otherwise unmarked. The jacket is quite heavily chipped along the top edge with two one inch closed tears ant pieces missing at the top of the spine and the top of the rear panel. Light edge rubbing and chipping to the corners and two one inch closed tears at the bottom edge of the rear panel. Illustrated by Peter Johnson. First printing. Johnson, Peter (illustrator).
