Extremities are bumped, rubbed, and chipped. Back cover and last few pages are creased at bottom corner. Chipping to parts of hinges, back hinge has an almost three inch surface tear with an open tear at the bottom. Surface tear has extended to tail of spine and back cover. Teal dyed textblock edges have faded. Cracking at back hinge has caused back cover and part of textblock to pull away from spine. Binding is firm. Pages are age toned but print and illustrations are clear. This book remains in Fair condition and would make a great reading copy.
