Library markings consist of: sticker traces at bottom of spine, cancelled institution stamp at bottom of half-title, lending record and barcode sticker and institution stamp on rear free endpaper, Corners lightly bumped and a couple of knocks to edges of boards. Signed and numbered by author on title page. A good copy. Covers the history of the service and individual medical units, hospitals and RAAF establishments. Part III deals with overseas service during WWII and parts IV and V deal with post war overseas service (BCOF, the Korean War, Malaya, Vietnam) and special duties and rescue missions. Includes nominal rolls 1940-52; and honours and awards and citations.
