First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Cloth pages - quite rare. The "pages" are made of cloth and are directly printed onto with color illustrations (in eight colors) of trains. Contradictory information about the illustrator - both Elizabeth Annie Travis and Evelyn Gladys Hall have been attributed but no author or illustrator is listed. No. 125 and "Registered" is listed on the front and a faux stamp with a drawing of two dogs fighting over the book is listed on the back, stating "Quite Indestructible" along with "Entirely British Manufacture". Book is in Near Fine condition with no fading or staining. The cloth pages are sewn together at the binding area. Very Uncommon and collectible. Oblong octavo (8 7/8" x 5 1/2"). 12 pages.
