One in-text map, and one remarkably well-preserved fold-out map of the town affixed to verso rear cover (measuring 13.5" x 8.5"). Charming illustrated colour vignettes throughout. Booklet as produced by the Fergus Chamber of Commerce promoting the town and its various amenities to prospective businesses, individuals and families. Comprises of a brief historical sketch of the town, demographic data, its various industrial sites and town plans, details of its transportation and communication networks, a list of the various industries present in the town, an overview of the town's schools, churches, and public buildings, etc. Bright, clean, and unmarked. Rare in commerce. Unrecorded in OCLC.
