    Hardcover. Condition: Good +. A.J. Johnson (illustrator). This book has gilt edges. The maroon cloth cover has gilt embossed titles on the spine and front where there is also an illustration. Frontispeice is apparently missing but there are 2 B/W full page illustrations with none other obviously missing . There are also many smaller accompanying drawings. The cover has scuff marks and the corners are bumped. There is evidence of minor wear and some fraying on the top and bottom of the spines. There is a pencil name on the black FEP which has several small chips. The first few pages have offsetting. There is a minor gutter crack at the joins of the boards and FEP and BEP but no loose pages. 331pp, iv. This is the story of the adventures of the Pattypats with Nidding Nod and their perils in the Land of Once-upon-a-Time.
