Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some tape marking and tanning. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor chipping and creasing. Some mild tanning and marking.

Maroon boards with gilt lettering on spine are in nice condition. Previous owner's info inside cover and on fep. Jacket in mylar has not been price clipped. Dust jacket has watermarks, a pen squiggle, taped tears and some small pieces missing from spine ends and fly corners. Data is presented such that a worker, new to the subject, when confronted with a problem of the determination of size characteristics of a fine powder should be able to decide, on a logical basis, the best technique for its solution.
