Condition: A fine (new) copy. Pp. 1071-1109; 7 full page black-and-white photo-plates (with a total of 13 photos). Later wine-red cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine, sm 4to. Bulletin of the Bureau of Fisheries, volume XXVIII, document no. 709. This paper was presented before the Fourth International Fishery Congress held at Washington, September 22 to 26, 1908. No ownership marks and no signs of use.
