Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First Edition. octavo, SIGNED by Graham Green, with his ink signature on ffep. ANNOTATED by Graham Green, with 4 page numbers on the rear pastedown, as was his habit and which we have seen in other titles we have owned from his library. Further annotated with a small "x" in the margin near the paragraph referenced. One of a handful of books to leave his library during his lifetime; his estate sold the rest of his library en bloc. Dust jacket with price of "15/-NET" on front flap and with light browning at spine.
