Original quarter black cloth with green paper-covered boards, white and pink paper title-labels on backstrip and front board respectively. Head and foot of backstrip a little rubbed & inwards-curled. Front hinge nicked close to head. Boards faintly marked, faded along narrow strips adjacent to shelf edges, a little faded over more extensive areas towards other edges, rubbed along shelf edges and lightly rubbed along other edges; tips of outer corners a little worn, lightly bumped and a little curled. Only cropped colour-illustrated front panel of dust jacket remaining, this loosely inserted. Pastedown sides of flyleaves at both front and rear patchily toned. Edges of text-block toned and faintly & sparsely spotted. Binding holding firmly, contents generally clean and tight. The whole slightly bowed. GOOD+ copy.
