McFarlane, 21cm x 27cm portrait format softback with card covers and block spine. 191pp although the latter pages after 176 have not been numbered but a previous owner has numbered some of them with a fine point pen. The history of what appears to be an early casualty amongst the North American interurbans although according to the index the steam operated Newark and Marion Railroad was still in operation at the time of publications. One of the authors served as a conductor on one of the lines for three years. Up to page 160 covers the systems route by route with pages 165 to the end being maps and reproductions of printed ephemera. Age discolouration to covers and some wear to the spine. , Book weighs 442g. For UK buyer if book weighs more than 2Kg when packed (allow 150g-200g for packing) we will request additional postage.
