Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Fairly decent copy of this scarce book. Green cloth boards still look fresh enough with some minor bumping to the extremities and the odd scuff and speck. Occasional very mild bit of foxing to prelim pages. No inscriptions.
